Because SAMZ provides professional digital services and begins allocating labor and resources after an order is accepted, refund eligibility depends on the status and nature of the work.

One-time services

Requests made before work has begun may be eligible for cancellation. Once research, setup, design, development, writing, configuration or other substantive work has started, fees attributable to completed or committed work are generally non-refundable.

Monthly services

Cancellation terms for recurring services follow the applicable checkout terms, proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically refund a current billing period already in progress.

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Payments made directly to advertising platforms or third parties are governed by those providers and are not refundable by SAMZ.

Duplicate or incorrect charges
